Create More Integrity, Beauty and Grace In Your Life

Today we are going to be talking about the quote, “Create a beautiful world by choosing to infect others with your courage, grace and integrity.”

One of the things that I found in my former career, was that I was surrounded by a lot of negative energy.  At first, just in the environment that I worked in but eventually it invaded all aspects of my life.

I was then and I still am, really heavy in my faith. The bible teaches that you should always try to be the light shinning in the darkness.

The light shining in the dark world.

This principle has stayed with me throughout that career and into this one. I should try to be the light that shines and that is a guiding light to other people.  That’s what created the feeling that I have the ability to create beauty for other people around me.  Or conversely, to create negativity for everyone around me.

You do to, in the way that you approach things in your life.

If you choose to see the negative things in life or the negative energy in the world.  You may even find yourself focused on the negative things that are happening with your relationship with your spouse.

The more negativity that you see, the more negativity that you will see.

The more ugliness that you see, the more ugliness that you will see. Eventually, you start to become conditioned to see it.  Then you end up creating what it is that you didn’t want in the first place.

So, how do you change your focus?

Thankfully, it’s actually incredibly each to do! In little moments in every day, you have the ability to create beauty.  Or, to see beauty in what is happening around you.  By focusing on and sharing the beauty around you with others, you are creating more beauty and integrity.

By choosing to act in integrity or in grace, you can create more of both energetically and in reality.

That’s right, you start by taking the time to be aware of what it is that you are focusing on.  What it is that you predominately see or feel, in the world around you.

If you wake up in the morning and as you are getting up your like, “Crap!  I don’t like this day, I just want to start all over again.”  You are more likely to see the negative things in your day.

But, if you wake up in the morning and you say, “Today!  Starting Today, I’m going to work on creating and seeing more beauty.”  Even if it’s not everything all the time because not everything, all the time is going to be beautiful.  There is going to be some crud mixed in there but just taking the time to find a moment.

Even just one moment where you see something beautiful or filled with integrity.

Or you see something graceful.  You see someone or something act in integrity.  You have the ability to do something that has integrity in your day.  Or grace, or beauty, take the time to do that.

I know for me, one of the things that I am going to be doing is post on my Instagram. (I will post all my social media handles.)  I am going to be posting pictures of something that I see that is beautiful, everyday.  Or, I’m going to try to anyways, but I’ll try to post these “Moments of Beauty” on my Instagram.

I ask you to focus on those moments because, I see them and we all see them.

There is beauty, grace and integrity that happens in our world around us.

It’s just choosing to see it.  It doesn’t mean that you have to see everything that way but try.

In conclusion, that is where that quote came from. I hope that this explanation helps you try to find more beauty, peace, grace and integrity in your world. I know for me, it helps me create that calm that I need to keep everything running smoothly, when I focus on those things.
